You're deeply rooted in the European sneaker and hype game and know what’s dropping before it drops. You’re organized, proactive, and thrive when given responsibility. You take initiative, bring ideas to the table, and turn them into action — without needing to be chased.

You’re a strong communicator who feeds the team with insights from the community and the drop scene. You take full ownership of your work, move fast, and always aim to be first. You understand that great drops, strong content, and a well-run community all go hand in hand — and you're ready to lead that.

 

What You’ll Do

    • Run and grow the Stashed Discord: boost activity, value, and retention.
    • Stay ahead of the latest restocks, releases, and hype trends — combining automation with smart monitoring so our users are always first to know.
    • Set up and manage release channels with clear, actionable information: timing, links, images, and purchase instructions.
    • React instantly to breaking drops so our members get the info before it hits the wider market.
    • Spot and filter upcoming drops and trends (sneakers, streetwear, hype toys like Labubu).
    • Build, refine, and maintain bots, automation, and workflows to speed up alerts and reduce manual work.
    • Improve onboarding: make new members feel welcome, guided, and hooked from day one.
    • Deliver sharp, ready-to-use insights and content to the marketing and content team — fast.

 

You Are

  • Deeply connected to European sneaker & hype culture.
  • Technically skilled: automation, tools, bots, scrapers.
  • Competitive: you want to win, no matter what it takes.
  • Comfortable in a high-intensity, “always on” environment.
  • Experienced: at least 2 years in a similar role.
